The Approach

Executive discipline. Builder's hands.

The same product judgment I use at portfolio scale, applied personally from first idea to live website.

Identify a real job

Every product starts with a specific frustration or unmet need — not a category or technology. The job-to-be-done anchors every decision that follows.

Build the MLP

Ship the Minimum Lovable Product—the smallest complete experience people can genuinely value and love. No feature bloat, but no soulless utility either.

Use AI where it matters

AI is central when it meaningfully improves the job to be done—not added where a simpler experience works better.

Measure what matters

Conversion, retention, and real usage drive the roadmap. Vanity metrics don't make the cut.
